Andrew is married and lives in Winscombe. He has over 22 years experience in agency and has lived in the Weston area since 1992. Described as a bit of a workaholic, Andrew is a happiest spending what little time he has away from the office with his wife and two children.

Leanne Hayden : Senior Negotiator 

Leanne grew up in Weston and has a wealth of local knowledge combined with a bubbly personality. Leanne had a successful career in media with a local newspaper before deciding to pursue a career in Estate Agency.

Chris Norton: Assistant Manager

Andrew\'s brother in-law Chris spent 10 years working for estate agents including Lalondes and Connells covering the Weston and Worle area.
Chris grew up in Winscombe and is married with three children. He enjoys sports, DIY, gardening and travelling.
