Farrons Estate Agents opened in 2005 and was founded by well known local agent Andrew Farron. The office occupies a prime position at 179 High Street, Worle.

Farrons Worle Office officially sold more houses in BS22 than any other agent in 2009 and again in 2010.

Farrons 2nd office in Winscombe opened in January 2010 and covers Winscombe and the surrounding villages.

Farrons Lettings department opened in December 2010 which provides the same high standard of service the public receive from our sales department.

We pride ourselves on having friendly, experienced staff, who between them have over 80 years' local agency experience.

Since opening Farrons have successfully sold a wide range of properties in Worle, Weston and surrounding villages. Farrons have developed an excellent reputation for customer service and a large part of their business comes from recommendation. As well as acting for private clients they also act for a number of corporate and investment clients. Farrons are proud to have been invited to join The Guild Of Professional Estate Agents. As Members we must maintain a high standard of customer service and be a member of The Property Ombudsman Scheme. Our properties are advertised within their regional magazine and displayed in their Park Lane offices in London. 

All properties are marketed on the UK's largest property website www.rightmove.co.uk , its own website www.farrons.co.uk , www.propertyfinder.com: www.findapropety.com , www.primelocation.co.uk:  www.homes24.co.uk: www.globrix.com:  and several other national sites including Google maps. Farrons also receive an excellent response from their prominent local press advertising. Farrons use high quality digital photos on their details many of which include floorplans and virtual tours.

Within the office they use an expert software package by PropertyPro which uses all the latest technology including:  Floor plans, Property tours, SMS alerts (text messaging) and Email updates.

When the market is tough it is vital to ensure that an agent is using as many methods to market a property as possible. Whilst Farrons have comprehensive internet coverage via over 12 websites, we recognise that there are still a large percentage of people who do not own a computer or prefer to have face-to-face conversations in our office to discuss their property requirements.  How many potential customers does an agent that has no High Street office miss and can you afford to take the risk in this market?

Andrew Farron : Director

Andrew is married and lives in Winscombe. He has over 25 years' experience in agency including with Lalondes Brothers and Prudential. He has lived in the Weston area since 1992.  Andrew is happiest spending what little spare time he has with his wife and two children or playing golf (badly). He is proud to have sucessfully climbed the 3 highest mountains in Britain within 24 hours in June 2010. Andrew raised £1,200 for Charlton Farm Hospice in Wraxhall. He is now looking for another challenge for next year but it may be 2012 before he can find the time to attempt it.

Chris Norton: Branch Manager - Winscombe

Andrew's brother in-law Chris has spent over 18 years working in Estate Agency including Lalondes and Connells covering the Winscombe, Weston and Worle area.
Chris grew up in Winscombe and is married with three children. He enjoys sports, DIY, gardening and travelling.

Vanessa Church: Branch Manager - Worle

Vanessa has worked in the Weston and Worle area for over 25 years and has valued and sold thousands of properties during this time.  

Leanne Hayden: Lettings Manager

Leanne has over 10 years experience in agency and now runs our busy lettings department.
